   The house is just a walk (er-dash) north of the starting line on 2nd St. It is a 1918 home completely remodeled over the past 10 years into a 4 bed 3 bath home with a master suite, two kids rooms w/twin & full beds-shared full bath, main floor bedroom/library w/full bath and a queen sofabed. Master has a queen bed, heated/jetted tub plus 5 head shower. Home has a large tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water. Also, there is the family cat that will be bunking with you incase anyone has allergies.
   What we would require is $600 per night. 1/2 down 3 months prior ironman to hold it. 2nd 1/2 due upon getting the key. We would need a credit card # for security / damages. If you cancel before 1-1/2 months before ironman we would keep $500 after 1-1/2 months we would keep all of the deposit as we would probably not be able to qualify and rent in that short of time period.
